For the past 25 years I’ve used data, research and insight to drive improved customer experience and increased profits for companies including Emirates Airlines, Chelsea FC, Google, Shell, and Marks & Spencer.

Working agency and client side, I’ve developed several teams of data experts and continue to provide thought leadership within the industry as a member of the IDM (Institute of Direct Marketing) and the DMA (Direct Marketing Association) Data Council.
